Fantasy Makers Purple Potion

Hi everyone!
I'm sure you have seen these cute little tombstones all over the place! These come from Fantasy Makers, from the makers of Wet n Wild.  You can find these at Ulta, CVS, Walgreens, just about anywhere.  This polish is Purple Potion, a purple glitter in a black base.

This was very easy to apply.  The brush, as I had expected because it is Wet n Wild, isn't the most stable, but I've learned to manage and not make a complete mess when applying their polishes.  This was 2 coats and I am very pleased with it!

Soooo...thoughts?? Do you own Purple Potion?

Wet n Wild Cougar Attack - On the Prowl Collection pt 6

Hi everyone!
I've got a real treat for you today!  This one's a beauty! Cougar Attack is a variety of burnt orange hex glitter in a black jelly base.  It's just like Behind Closed Doors in the application and jelly finish.  2 coats of pure magic.  I love this polish so much. It's definitely a very unique color and is PERFECT for Halloween time!

Look at the coverage of this baby! So packed with glitter with 2 coats!

Sooooo...thoughts? What do you think of Cougar Attack?

Wet n Wild Tangled In My Web - On the Prowl Collection pt 5 and N.Y.C. Pumpkin

Hi everyone!
I'm really excited about this glitter from the On the Prowl collection. Tangled In My Web is a black hex glitter in a clear jelly base. I love it! I've tried it over light colors, dark colors, other glitters...I just love its versatility! I layerd TIMB over N.Y.C. Pumpkin which is such a great orange! 1 coat was pretty opaque, but I used 2 to even it out over the whole nail.

So how many coats do you think it took for me to get all these litter glitters on my nails? Anyone?
1 coat!! This little bottle is just chock full o' glitter, it's amazing!

Soooo..thoughts? I think this is one of those glitter polishes that you either love or hate. Me? I lurveee it! How about you??

Wet n Wild Behind Closed Doors - On the Prowl Collection pt 4

Hi everyone!
I better get cracking on getting to these Halloween polishes because pretty soon Halloween will be over!  So here we go, today's color is Wet n Wild's Behind Closed Doors.  Out of the entire On the Prowl collection, I think this is the polish that most people wanted because it seemed to be a dupe for Deborah Lippmann's Ruby Red Slippers.  As I don't own the DL polish, I can't really say for sure, but from what I've seen in picture comparisons online, they look pretty close.

2 coats worn alone

Index and Middle: 2 coats over Fresh Paint Delicious
Ring and Pinky: 2 coats over China Glaze Liquid Leather

This polish is so versatile, I can wear it alone and be happy, or wear it over different colors and still be happy. Although, my favorite is wearing it over a jelly black like China Glaze's Liquid Leather.  This is pretty shiny for a glittery polish too.  A lot of glitter polishes dry matte or dull, but this one is so shiny and squishy!

Sooooo...thoughts?  Do you own the DL polish? Would you say this BCD is a dupe?

Wet n Wild Jungle Fever - On the Prowl Collection pt 3

Hi everyone!
Part 3 of the WnW On the Prowl Collection is here!

Today I have Jungle Fever, a rich metallic green with green micro shimmer.  I'm not too big on green polishes. This one really doesn't sway me here nor there, but it's really not bad! It's just not my color preference, so I was biased going into it. Such a shame though, because I really do like this shade...just not for my nails.

This was 2 coats with one top coat of SV. I'm fighting to love this polish, I really am! But this is just not my kind of green...for nails anyway. I'm sure I'd rock it if it were a winter scarf...or a pair of earrings lol.

Soooo...thoughts? How do you feel about Jungle Fever? (the polish, people! Jungle Fever the nail polish! LOL)

Wet n Wild Buy Me a Drink- On the Prowl Collection pt 2

Hi everyone!
Welcome to part 2 of my Wet n Wild On the Prowl collection.

Today's polish is Buy Me a Drink, a rich magenta with pink/magenta micro-shimmer.

Once again, another polish from this collection that I love! The color itself isn't the most unique, but it delivers! This was 2 coats with one top coat of SV.

Soooo...thoughts?? Is this color up your alley?

Wet n Wild Ready to Pounce- On the Prowl Collection pt 1

Hi everyone!
I'm finally getting around to posting more Halloween polishes besides the glow in the dark polishes I had shown you last week. Over the next few days, I am going to be giving you a different polish from Wet n Wild's On the Prowl collection (minus Inkwell, a black creme).

These polishes are from WnW's 2011 LE Halloween collection, and let me tell you, it took quite a bit for me to acquire them! First off, these polishes are mostly seen in CVS Pharmacy's, but the big problem for me is that CVS' here don't sell WnW! I know, right??!? Luckily for me, though, I have some fabulous friends on Facebook, and one of them was kind enough to ship me the 7 out of the 8 polishes I wanted.

So today's color is Ready to Pounce.  It's a rich purple creme with purple and pink micro shimmer.

Click pictures to enlarge.

Shade

Look at the purple and pink shimmer in the last picture! OMG It's so pretty! This was 2 coats and a top coat of SV.  I really don't have issues with WnW polishes formula-wise. My issue though, is the brush. The bristles are so wonky for me, and there's no uniform shape to them, so I have to be super careful in applying my polish, otherwise I can easily get it all over my cuticles.  I do love their colors though!

Soooo...thoughts? Do you have Ready to Pounce? Have you found this collection in stores near you yet?
